Let's face it...It can be tough: Coach Cass
Some days are way more difficult than others. Personal stress, work stress, family stress, whatever the stress can make you feel like you just don't want to do. These are the days when we need to dig deep and remember why we are doing it. To be honest, I am having one of those days today. My workout will be happening at home tonight, and I know I am going to have to make myself do it because right now I don't want to. I know if I don't do it, I will feel like I didn't finish the day right. And now because I have shared with you that I am going to do the workout, I have my accountability :-)
Reminding myself of my "Why" has become something very important for me to do. I keep a post-it note on my computer that reads, "Remember Why." I want to constantly remember what my motivations are. We have to know why we want something to make it happen and stay moving forward. This journey isn't for anyone other than myself and my kids. I want to be strong and healthy and be the best version of myself for me and my kids. They deserve to have a mom that is the best she can be, and I want with everything in me to give them that.
Just know that even our tough days are only 24 hours. Reach deep down and push through. Think about your why when it is a tough day, and remember that it is worth it. I know my why. What is your why?
