Some days are way more difficult than others. Personal stress, work stress, family stress, whatever the stress can make you feel like you just don't want to do. These are the days when we need to dig deep and remember why we are doing it. To be honest, I am having one of those days today. My workout will be happening at home tonight, and I know I am going to have to make myself do it because right now I don't want to. I know if I don't do it, I will feel like I didn't finish the day right. And now because I have shared with you that I am going to do the workout, I have my accountability :-) Reminding myself of my "Why" has become something very important for me to do. I keep a post-it note on my computer that reads, "Remember Why." I want to constantly remember what my motivations are.
